This AJP Construction Charter, is a commitment to providing you with a stress free service in every aspect of your build, which includes the building processes involved and information relevant to you at each stage of your build. Our company of trained professionals understand their responsibilities to you, the customer, and know exactly what this charter means to you and us.


All communication from AJP will be conducted in a cheerful, couteous and efficient manner, to all customer enquiries and whilst working. Our Directors will always be on hand to answer your questions throughout the build.


We like to put ourselves in our customers shoes and understand the value both emotionally and financially what your building means to you. All workers will respect customers property, work tidily, clean up throughly on completion and above all pay attention to detail.


Our after-sales and customer service procedures will be explained to you in detail in our initial visits. There are procedures in place for dealing with customer complaints, including those concerning warranties, and we will cooperate fully with appropriately qualified professional advisors.


Health & Safety advice will be provided to minimise the risk of danger, when visiting the build during construction, and when living in your home.


You’ll be provided with information to enable you to make an informed decision about your build. There may be choices and options available to you when you are quoted and we will make sure you are aware of them. This ensures the best possible outcome when our work is complete.


Our contract-of-build terms and conditions are fair and clearly set out. You will also have our cancellation policy made clear to you. We will provide you with reliable information concerning any other guarantees and warranties from which you may benefit, from the products we install. Information about the build time, (our best estimate) of construction, legal completion and handover back of the property wil be provided.
